Located at the top of the hill it dominates the landscape in front of Gubbio offering
welcome guests a spectacular view and an unforgettable holiday.
It was the beloved residence of the famous geologist, belonging to the family
that currently lives there.

The estate is entirely organic, produces EVO oil, grapes,ancient cereals and legumes.

Andrea is a fantastic host, very friendly and nice but also respects your privacy. The house is

charming, built in traditional style with a unique garden. Even though the outside temperature was above 30 degrees every day, the apartment was cool enough that we didn't need air conditioning. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. The whole property was very clean, including the garden and the pool.

Staying at the Antica Residenza Montereano you can breathe a truly Umbrian atmosphere. The surrounding areas offer beautiful possibilities for hiking and cycling. You can visit many small picturesque historic Umbrian towns, many of which are less than 1 hour's drive away.
